Who are the Midwest Tandem Clubs?
CATS, MUTS, PIGS, COWS, LOONS, MULES, GOATS and HOOTS; just a bunch of animals. Each of the Midwest states have formed tandem cycling groups to ride and socialize together - and for a bit of fun, adopted the tradition of applying animal names to the groups . Since 1976, these clubs have hosted the Midwest Tandem Rally over Labor Day Weekend as well as a variety of local tandem rides in their states.
